Going Global: Amira Haroon SS 18 in Paris, London, and Dubai
It is a revolutionary time at the moment for fashion in the Middle East. Pay attention.
Amira Haroon founded her self titled label in 2011. She grew up in Saudi Arabia and studied fashion design in Parsons School of Fashion, only to go on to establish her art deco inspired, culturally infused designs, which have been noted by several reputable publications such as Grazia, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, Flair, Elle and Nylon as representing some of the most promising upcoming Middle Eastern talent.
Amira Haroon's aesthetic is modern and bold, her cultural roots shine through in the details, accessories, urban choice of colors and evidently emerald greens synonymous with Saudi Arabia, particularly in the latest collection.
